3 Month Implementation Timeline

During the 3-month engagement period, the following deliverables will be executed:

Payment Terms

Invoices are issued on the anniversary date of contract signature. Payment is due within 5 days of the invoice due date.

Example: If contract is signed on February 15th: Month 1 Invoice issued February 15th (due by February 20th)

Engagement Term & Renewal

Initial Period

  • 3 months from contract signing
  • Comprehensive deliverables execution

Renewal Process

  • Automatic 12-month renewal
  • Unless written notice given 2 weeks prior
  • Renewal discussion 2 weeks before term end
  • New pricing negotiated as needed

Termination

  • 30 days written notice after initial 3 months
  • Material breach: 30 days notice + opportunity to cure
  • Transition support provided

Business Travel & Expenses

All business travel expenses related to this engagement are covered by the Client as required by the needs of the company, including:

Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All work product, strategies, databases, software, and materials created during this engagement become the exclusive property of the Client upon creation. Service Provider retains the right to use general methodologies and approaches in future engagements, but specific Client data and work product remain confidential and the exclusive property of the Client.
